Hey Sis,
I'm Lanie

I’m an outdoors enthusiast, boy-momma x2, amateur pickle-baller, wife, history-geek bookworm, bone-broth sipper, and horoscope-obsessed Taurus.
I’m also a Nutritional Therapist
…and just maybe your new wellness bestie?
Let's "heal and seal" your gut so you can tame that unpredictable tummy,
clear the [brain] fog, and stop pressing snooze on life.
REAL TALK : Sweatpants are comfy and all but you DON’T really want to spend the rest of your days in athleisure. No, you dream of looking and feeling like the total smoke-show you’re meant to be.
You know you can feel better than you do at this moment.
You’d love to stroll Easy Street with that magic pill/drink/powder that “what’s-her-name” influencer posted on social but...
SPOILER : It's just one more thing that didn't work for you.. So, you turn to Dr. Google only to find a lot of contradictions and a lot of noise. Your brain says “Nope! We’re just fine!”
You know you’re not “just fine”, but the overwhelm gets you every time.
Between what SuzieQ tells you works for her, your doctor’s advice, grandma’s wives’ tales, and your googling …you’re headed for an information melt-down. You start to believe you’ll never feel like “that” girl again…and you’re ready to give up.
That’s where I come in, with my coach-cap on and hand held out. You’re NOT alone.…
Let me weave you a tale…
Finally, in December 2021, I blamed everything on the pill and quit taking it, cold turkey. (I had no idea if this was true)
At first, I felt SO much better! I noticed my headaches disappeared, my depression lifted, and I just felt more like…me.
But it wasn’t long (3 months) before all the familiar and pre-pill symptoms came back. A visit to the OBGYN left me with similar options as before but this time I knew better than to settle for those…my gut told me there was another way.
So, here’s what I did instead…
-
I found a naturopath and a nutritional therapist to collaborate with on diet and lifestyle
changes -
I started custom supplement + vitamin protocols
-
I educated myself on hormones; SO many books and podcasts
-
I began to exercise WITH my cycle
-
I found ways to slow down and stress less
-
I cut out caffeine and reduced the sugar (I eventually brought coffee back!)

I fully committed to the challenge, convinced that my body was capable of healing itself. I trusted that it knew what to do as long as I gave it the right resources.
Turns out, I was right. My doctor had given me 3 months to “right the ship” and she couldn’t believe it when I walked into her office (mostly) symptom-free AND without any noticeable cysts!
After all of this, I began to wonder why I hadn’t known all of this information years ago…why had I been given band-aids instead of solutions? I began to wonder if other women were as in the dark as I was.
I knew I wanted to help other women who were suffering like I had. If I could just educate them about the power of real food, the effects of stress, the importance of sleep…all of it…they could feel good too.
That brings me to 2022. At the encouragement of my natural practitioners, I enrolled in the Nutritional Therapy Association and began an entirely unexpected and exciting career in the health and wellness space .
As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, AND a woman who has seen it all, felt it all, and tried it all, I am honored to walk alongside you so you can skip the trial and error and go straight to what works.
I’m ready when you are.
